We are thrilled to present our Strategic Outlook, available to view or download below. While it contains the familiarity of a foundation built strong from the outset, it also presents a bold & forward-facing lens towards furthering Our Health Centre as a barrier-free and inclusive Health Care & Wellness hub for the Municipality of Chester and our greater community beyond. We deeply appreciate all of the thoughts, suggestions and support brought to us through the Strategy Planning period this spring as every word was considered in shaping the next steps for the future of Our Health Centre - YOUR health centre.
