Medical Office Administrator

We're looking for an experienced Medical Office Administrator to lead the day-to-day administrative coordination of clinical services at Our Health Centre, including the Same Day Clinic and associated programs.
This is the person our community members meet first, the one who keeps the clinic moving, the records accurate, and the schedule holding together on a busy Tuesday. It's a front-facing role with a high degree of independence, and it calls for someone organized, self-directed, and able to hold sensitive information with care.
We're small enough that everyone here shapes how care is delivered, and ambitious enough to put innovation at the centre of what we do. What you notice, suggest and fix here changes how people experience their care.
